This hotel suits me perfectly with amazing amenities like the rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and delicious restaurant. I remember my first stay when the staff helped with my suitcases, which made a lasting impression. For assistance, ask at the front desk,

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore shopping areas, parks, and dining. Our room featured a spacious lounge area and a huge bed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the city.

Staff responsiveness was below expectations, impacting our overall experience.

Everything was modern during 3 days, liked its incredible and brilliant location so close to plaza españa metro and viewing Madrid. The room was practical with a balcony, and the breakfast was delicious.  

Indoor and Outdoor Rooftop Experience, Rooftop Bar with Cityscape Views

Room size felt cramped, especially for a deluxe option!!! The rooftop pool is disappointingly small, leading to overcrowding during peak times!!! Slow elevator service was an inconvenience during my stay!!!

The rooftop bar has a stunning 360 view of the city it's the perfect spot for a late-night drink, I mean it really is a sight to behold. Also, the location is unbeatable right at the metro exit makes exploring 

The hotel has a stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying evenings. However, the limited seating can make it challenging during busy times. The room was modern and cozy. I did experience some issues with the air conditioning not functioning effectively, which impacted my comfort during warmer moments.

We loved the rooftop bar, where the staff made a special mocktail for my daughter’s birthday, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city with our family.

For dads, it would be great if the pool was heated.

The rooftop bar at Dear Hotel is a total gem, serving up killer cocktails with an unbeatable view! We also stumbled upon some amazing local eats nearby, with tapas just a hop away at Cafe & Tapas Gran Via 

The rooftop pool area with stunning views of the city was absolutely breathtaking! 🏙️ The breakfast was nice too, but the room was a bit cramped for our liking.
